Pasta Gardner makes delicious, high quality, nutritious pasta using locally grown ingredients prepared with traditional Italian techniques. Chef Jeff Gardner returned from Italy and spent a year collaborating with Camas Country Mill to find the right flour and grind for his traditional pasta. He found success with a variety of hard red wheat. Try whole red wheat Fusilli, Lumache, and Radiatore.
